“Le Parage”, where the house is situated, is a very quiet and charming quarter, with no motor vehicles allowed. Les Arcs has a train station, with connections to for example Paris, Nice and Italy. The house is less than 20 min walk from the station, and approximately one hour drive from Nice Airport. Beside “Le Parage”, Les Arcs sur Argens offers a variety of shops, restaurants and cafées and a lively central square, with lots of activities, just 5 minutes by foot from the house. 10 minutes drive from the house, you´ll find the Hyper U, a shopping mall, with a huge supermarket, where you can find practically everything you need.

If you like a good glass of wine, and especially rosé, Provence is the place to be. Provence is the oldest wine region in France, and also the national top region of production of rosé wine, due to, among other factors, the optimal climate conditions here. There are numerous wine chateaus in the area, among them Chateau Sainte Roseline, a chateau worth visiting, not only for the delicious wine, but also for the chapel right next to it. There you can see Sainte Roseline lying in a glass coffin, and also enjoy a beautiful piece of mosaics of Marc Chagall.
