Our philosophy
At La Sentinelle we are aiming at providing some luxury for our guests, while maintaining focus on running a predominantly organic and sustainable business.
It is also our goal to create a calm, cosy and homely atmosphere for our guests. While enjoying the privacy of their own rooms, the common space on the 1st floor, offers the opportunity to meet and greet the other guests, have a cup of coffee or a nice, chilled glass of rosé from the fridge, watching some tv, play games or just relax, looking at the magnificent view and listening to the soothing sound of the waterfall. It's all up to you.
One of our key services is the breakfast. There's nothing like starting the day off with a good and solid breakfast, where you slowly can wake up, and maybe make the planning of the day. The breakfast will be, as much as possible, homemade and organic, with homemade bread, jam and muesli, with ingredients from our own garden, or from local farmers.
