Our philosophy
At La Sentinelle we are aiming at providing some luxury for our guests, while maintaining focus on running a predominantly organic and sustainable business.
It is also our goal to create a calm, cosy and homely atmosphere for our guests. While enjoying the privacy of their own rooms, the common space on the 1st floor, offers the opportunity to meet and greet the other guests, have a cup of coffee or a nice, chilled glass of rosé from the fridge, watching some tv, play games or just relax, looking at the magnificent view and listening to the soothing sound of the waterfall. It's all up to you.
One of our key services is the breakfast. There's nothing like starting the day off with a good and solid breakfast, where you slowly can wake up, maybe make the planning of the day, or just be in the moment while enjoying the view of the valley. The breakfast will be 100% organic, and includes homemade sourdough bread, croissants and pastry, fresh fruit, yoghurt, homemade crunchy muesli, cheese, homemade jam, juice, coffee, tea or hot cocoa. If you would like to have gluten- or/and lactosefree products, we can also provide that. We just need to know it in advance.
To try to maintain a sustainable business, the products that we use will be, as much as possible, local or produced in France, or from our own garden.
